Roberto Lugo - The Mustard Seed
Roberto Lugo examines the parable of the mustard seed from Matthew 13:31–32. Lugo explores the contrast between two differing interpretive views on the passage: one that views the parable positively regarding the growth of the kingdom of God, and another that interprets the birds lodging in the branches as a warning concerning false profession and corruption within outward Christendom. Throughout the message, he addresses the context of the seven parables in Matthew 13, the nature of spiritual growth, the dangers of false teaching, and how one's theological worldview shapes Christian motivations and behavior in a declining world.
