Marvin Derksen examines the believer's gospel witness and walk with God in light of the Lord's return, drawing on the examples of Enoch, Noah, Abraham, and Lot from Genesis chapters 5, 6, 18, and 19, alongside Peter's exhortations in 2 Peter chapter 3. He explores the impact of last-day scoffers and worldly influence on Christian steadfastness, the necessity of maintaining unswerving devotion to Christ, and practical ways believers can respond—through walking faithfully with God, engaging in His work, interceding in prayer, and maintaining a clear witness in a dark world.
