Dan Shutt - Three Floods and Eternal Grace

Dan Shutt examines three biblical floods—the universal judgment of God's wrath, the flood of God's justice borne by the Lord Jesus Christ at Calvary, and the eternal ocean of God's grace—drawing from 2 Peter 3, Psalm 69, and Ephesians 2. Shutt addresses themes such as the inevitability, inexorability, and indiscriminateness of divine judgment against sin; the unique and unplumbable depths of Christ's substitutionary suffering under God's justice; and the immeasurable riches of divine grace extended to sinners who turn to Christ. Through these contrasts, he calls listeners to recognize their guilt, flee coming judgment, and find eternal life and forgiveness in the finished work of the Savior.
